Dane can work cooperatively with your in-house legal team, or other lawyers that you engage. He can be engaged at different points in time in the dispute prevention and resolution continuum. For instance, you may require assistance from the outset to develop a dispute resolution strategy; or you may require advice or representation through the actual litigation process.

Further, Dane can be engaged on secondment to provide general advice work or to supplement an in-house legal team in tasks such as discovery or due diligence.
