A reception venue; and
The removal from the premises of a lessee who was in breach of the relevant lease.
Represented a landlord to recover outstanding rent and occupancy costs from a tenant that had abandoned the premises in the District Court of Queensland; where it was necessary to execute warrants in relation to the judgment debt and seize and sell the defaulting tenant’s property.

Acted for a builder defendant in major County Court trial over a number of years with a number of defendants where the allegations involved, amongst other things, unsatisfactory building work and manufactured materials not fit for purpose.

Represented an employee in an application from relief for termination of employment in the Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
